London Service Update

Please be advised, on the 13th of September, due to large demonstrations, Stops 1, 2, 3, 23, 24, and 25 of the red line and Stops 2, 51, 59, 52, and 58 of the green line will be out of service. shuttle service will operate between King’s Cross Station and Haymarket, where customers can connect with the Red Route.

Due to the ongoing Tube Strike and heavy traffic conditions across Central London, we advise all passengers to plan to complete their journeys before 5:00 PM today. After this time, we cannot guarantee reaching your destination within a reasonable timeframe.

From 1st September 2025 walking tours will stop operating and no longer be included with our bus tickets.

Stop 17 is temporarily closed due to roadworks. The nearest alternative pick-up point is Stop 18 – Marble Arch (Speakers’ Corner).

Stop 10 (Horseferry Road) is temporarily closed. The nearest alternative pickup point will be Stop 9 (Westminster Pier).

Stop 20: Westminster Bridge (London Eye side), Time: 08:25 – 17:57.

Blue Route - First and Last Complete Departures Stop 17: Marble Arch, Park Lane, Time: 08:40 – 17:00. Stop 29: Gloucester Road, Time: 08:59 – 16:19.

Green Route - First and Last Complete Departures Stop 1: Belvedere Road, behind the London Eye, Time: 09:18 – 16:48. Stop 44: Pancras Road, Bus Stop T, Time: 09:05 – 16:05. Stop 49: Southampton Row, Stop B, Time: 09:00 – 16:37.
